Galvorn carbon nanotube (CNT) film is particularly useful in EMI shielding applications where light weight is critical. The CNT film offers Galvorn’s powerful combination of properties in a thin ribbon-like form.
Readily available in 10 μm thick and 2cm wide, or 10 μm thick and 1 cm wide sizes. Widths up to 4cm are available by special order. We support a variety of lengths, though for orders larger than 25 meters, please contact us to discuss bulk pricing.

The demo video below showcases Galvorn CNT film's EMI shielding properties. A 5 cm wide carbon nanotube tape is able to effectively block cell phone signals when wrapped around the phone.
Galvorn CNT film has alignment to it so tearing across that alignment requires a significant amount of strain. However, tearing along the directional alignment it will tear relatively easily. The demo video explains and shows the differences.
