DexMat has lowered Galvorn® pricing across most standard store products, with cuts of roughly half for many sizes, a median cut of about 51%. The new prices are already live on the store, and they are the direct result of a year of improvements at our Houston facility that have lowered our cost to produce Galvorn. We are passing that savings on.
A Cost Curve That's Moving
This continues a trend that goes back to DexMat's founding. In 2023, DexMat demonstrated a 20x production scale-up alongside a 96% cost reduction. In early 2025, we brought you Galvorn® 800, originally optimized for textile applications and priced about 80% less. It's since found its way into wire and cable applications too. Today's announcement is the next step in this trajectory that has increased production capacity 3000x and reduced production costs by 99.6% since founding.

The Same Material, Now Also Under a Certified Quality System
The material itself is unchanged. What's new is that DexMat's Houston facility is now also certified to ISO 9001:2015 by ABS Quality Evaluations (Certificate No. QMS10657), as of August 2026.
